Gary was always in search of more land near Skyrider Wilderness Ranch, and amazingly enough in late 2017, 12,250 acres became available just a few of miles from the ranch, which Gary purchased on January 8th, 2018. Various small parcels of land, added to the purchase, brought the total acreage to almost 17,000 acres. The property spans 4.5 miles of the Duchesne River, with beautiful farming land on both sides that gradually move up the mountain terrain. Gary loved the area, the clean air and water and untouched land and has always had a desire to stay loyal to the wild and help preserve as much land as he could.
