HOW WE GATHER AND USE INFORMATION

CREATING A SKYRIDER RANCH ACCOUNT

When placing an order through the Skyrider Ranch website, you have the opportunity to register as a customer and create a user profile. We process the following data from you during registration:

• Nationality

• Phone number
• Payment information/ bank account information
• Password

After you have entered your details in the registration form, Skyrider Ranch creates a user account for you and provides you with a customer ID. We process this registration data to facilitate, alter, and form the contractual relationship between you and Skyrider Ranch and for billing, shipping, customer fidelity program and related services.

Once your account has been created, we may continue to collect additional information about you including:

SIGNING UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER

When you create a customer account, you have the opportunity to subscribe to a free newsletter to keep you up to date with the latest Skyrider Ranch products, events, promotions and information about Skyrider Ranch. We collect the following information when you sign up for our newsletter:

• Legal entity name

• Date and time of registration
• Consent to receive the newsletter

We gather this information to record your registration and, if necessary, to inform you about the possible misuse of your personal data. We also offer a Live Chat service on the Skyrider Ranch website, which allows you to contact Skyrider Ranch Customer Service representatives instantly. Our chat service is a web-based live customer interaction service operated by a third party, which provides a range of high-performance features, support and communication tools and APIs, and enables service employees to reach and assist visitors to the Skyrider Ranch site. GOOGLE MAPS

Some of Skyrider Ranch website pages utilize Google Maps API, a map service operated by Google Inc. (“Google”). This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the Skyrider Ranch site and provides you with convenient use of the map feature. By visiting the Skyrider Ranch pages on Skryriderranch.com site through which the map services are offered, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our Skyrider Ranch website. In addition, the following personal information is communicated to Google:

• Access status/HTTP status code
• Each transferred amount of data

When you’re logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your Google account. Our service providers and affiliates are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and may not use the data for purposes not authorized by us.

Although we do our best to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal identification information, you acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet that are beyond our control and that the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through our websites cannot be guaranteed. Please do your part in protecting your personal information by keeping your account password safe and confidential, logging out of your account after using a shared computer, and regularly scanning your computer for viruses, malware, and spyware.

By using our sites, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our sites. We delete your personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for and when there are no applicable contractual or statutory retention periods. Presently, this is no later than 10 years.

Skyrider Ranch site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please alert us at skyriderranch@customer.email.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the minor’s account.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS AND INFORMATION

California Consumer Privacy Act

This section describes the rights that the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) gives to California residents.

Access/Right to Know. You have a right to request that we provide you with the following information:

• The categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months.
• The categories of sources from which we collect personal information.
• The purposes for collecting, using, or selling personal information.
• The categories of third parties with which we share personal information.

Note that the CCPA defines “business purpose” broadly; and because we use service providers for a number of business purposes that require access to our systems that hold personal information (such as supplying cloud data storage, maintaining the security of our systems, and providing customer support), in the past 12 months we have disclosed for a business purpose data from all of the categories of personal information that we maintain.
• The categories of personal information we have sold about you for each category of third party to which the personal information was sold. Note that the CCPA defines “sell” very broadly, and some of our data sharing described in this Policy may be considered a “sale” under that definition. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.

Right to Delete. You also have a right to request that we delete personal information under certain circumstances, subject to a number of exceptions.

Right to Opt-Out From Sales. How to Exercise Your California CCPA Rights.

You can exercise your CCPA rights by submitting your request(s) to us using the web form located at: Contact Us – Skyrider Wilderness Ranch™ (skyriderranch.com). You can also exercise your CCPA rights by calling us, toll-free, at 1-800-315-8300, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm Mountain Time. Our call center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

If you want to exercise more than one of your CCPA rights, please submit a separate request for each CCPA right, which will help us handle your requests more effectively. Please be aware that we will process your requests in the order we receive them.

Whether you use the web form or call us, we will need information from you to process your request so that we can confirm you are a California resident, determine if we have personal information about you, and, for access and deletion requests, verify your identity. We may also need to contact you about your request, and you can choose the contact method you would like us to use.

Please be aware there might be circumstances where we will not honor your request, as permitted under the CCPA. For example, if we are not able to verify your identity and that you are a California resident, we may not honor your access or deletion request. In addition, we may not delete your personal information if an exception under the CCPA applies.

You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights under the CCPA. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require the agent to provide proof you have authorized it to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.

• If you want an authorized agent to submit a “Delete My PI” or “Access My PI” request on your behalf, the authorized agent must provide proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State, as well as proof that you gave the authorized agent written permission to submit the request(s) on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity with us.
• If you want an authorized agent to submit a “Do Not Sell My PI” instruction on your behalf, the authorized agent must provide proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State, as well as proof that you gave the authorized agent written permission to submit the instruction on your behalf.

Non-Discrimination. You have a right to not be discriminated against for exercising rights set out in the CCPA.

California Shine the Light

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2022 will receive information regarding 2021 sharing activities).

We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. Please also note that we may not be required to respond to requests made by means other than through the above designated e-mail address.
