Refund & Returns Policy

Perishable Products (US & Canada)

If you have encountered issues with your perishable product, its shipment or the accuracy of its content please contact Customer Service at skyriderranch@customer.email or 800.315.8300. A Customer Service representative will discuss the steps to help you based on your specific situation.  A Return Label may or may not be issued depending on your particular circumstances and the factors noted below:

  • The product has not been opened and the seal is still intact

and/or

  • You have received the wrong item (a photo might be required)
  • You have received the wrong quantity
  • The product you received is visually damaged (a photo might be required)
  • The product is defective or spoiled during shipping
 

Under USDA guidelines and in an effort to preserve the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept any returns on open perishable products. Our products are USDA inspected to maintain the highest product quality.

Your satisfaction is of number one importance to us, our aim is for you to be happy with the outcome of your return or refund issue.

Non-Perishable Products (US & Canada)

If the product is a non-perishable item and you have encountered issues with the accuracy of its content or its shipment, please, contact Customer Service at skyriderranch@customer.email or 801.315.8300. A Customer Service representative will discuss the steps to help you based on your specific situation.  They may issue a Return Shipping Label to you if you meet one of the following requirements:

  • You have received the wrong item. (a photo might be required)
  • You have received the wrong quantity
  • The product you received is visually damaged (a photo might be required)
 

For orders within the U.S. & Canada

If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will strive within 30-days of your receipt of the product(s) to provide you with a full refund. All non-perishable purchases through our website must be returned to:

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to your original payment method, please take note:

  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt;
  • The merchandise must be unused in any way, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear or tear;
  • We do not provide return shipping The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
 

Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in used or unacceptable condition will be refused and returned to you.

Monogramming/personalization of any product voids the refund policy. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Additionally, Skyrider Ranch cannot accept returns for items purchased at any retail stores or other online platforms other than skyriderranch.com.

PRODUCT COLLECTIONS

Any product returned to Skyrider Ranch must be complete, otherwise, that product will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

  • The customer who purchased it directly from Skyrider Ranch must return the product(s).
  • The product(s) must be returned in its original container.
  • If returned product is not received by Skyrider Ranch distribution center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment.  Skyrider Ranch is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • No refund will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged or defective.
 

Skyrider Ranch reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. Credits will be issued when Skyrider Ranch has processed the return.

EXCHANGES

If you placed an order with Skyrider Ranch and would like to exchange an item for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return/exchange period, please return it as specified above with a note indicating what you would like in exchange. We will be happy to ship the desired items, and you’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items. If the cost of the order is greater than the items you have returned, we will charge your original payment method for the price difference.

FAILED DELIVERY

We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package. For the refused items and items returned after failed delivery attempts only a store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to deduct any related return charge imposed by the shipping carrier.

Skyrider Ranch reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.
