Domestic orders are generally shipped within one business day (excluding weekends, federal and state holidays*). Upon order placement you will receive a first order confirmation email containing the following:
Upon shipping you will receive a second email containing a tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier chosen among our three shipping partners: USPS, UPS & FedEx.
When you receive an order, you should check the products against the email confirmation to make certain there is no discrepancy or damage. Please notify Skyrider Ranch of any shipping discrepancies or damage as soon as possible. Failure to notify Skyrider Ranch of any shipping discrepancies or damages within three business days of receipt of shipment will forfeit your right to request a correction.
To correct any issue you may have encountered with your shipment, please contact Customer Service. A customer service representative will discuss the steps to rectify the situation. If we have failed to provide you with the right item, or the item does not match the email confirmation description previously received. You can either call us or chat with us by clicking on the Live Chat icon on the bottom right of our website.
Note that a return shipping label will only be provided under specific circumstances and for specific products only. You can find those policies under our Return and Refund Policy section.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
